Presented during Milan Design Week at Capsule Plaza, 100R is a mono-material installation designed to highlight Hydro CIRCAL 100R — the first industrial-scale aluminum made entirely from post-consumer scrap. The exhibition frames this technical innovation through a minimal and highly structured spatial language, reflecting both the raw material and its transformation.
The scenography is built around three core elements: heavy compressed aluminum block podiums, an acid-yellow curtain of extruded profiles, and a backlit display wall clad in folded aluminum sheets. Together, these components form a clear visual narrative, from raw to refined, while custom-anodized surfaces underscore the expressive potential of a single material.
