Redesign of Lammhults & Abstracta’s showroom in central Stockholm, introducing a flexible interior concept tailored to shifting scenarios of work and domesticity. Designed across two floors, the space breaks down the scale of the existing architecture to create a sequence of smaller, more intimate environments, each functioning as a spatial vignette.
The design focuses on adaptability and rhythm. A modular “room within a room” system allows the showroom to evolve over time, accommodating the cohabitation of the two brands as well as regular changes in program and display. Materials are chosen for their durability and warmth
Each room setting acts as a distinct atmosphere, part stage, part work area, allowing a range of configurations from office to living room. Rather than defining fixed zones, the design invites interpretation and reconfiguration, offering a spatial framework that is open, at human-scale, and responsive.
